Overview

The MRFF Childhood Mental Health Research Grant Opportunity supports large-scale implementation research projects that bring evidence-based preventions and treatments into practice for children's mental health. Projects must be conducted in partnership with local health and community service providers, co-produced with children and families, and measure intervention impact while addressing implementation barriers.

Eligibility Requirements

Three topics available: Topic A focuses on First Nations children led by First Nations researchers; Topic B accepts organisations based anywhere (MM1-7); Topic C requires organisation, Chief Investigator A, 50%+ of Chief Investigators, and research participants based in regional, rural or remote areas (MM2-7). Projects must integrate mental health services, build clinical research workforce capacity, and address community-identified mental health priorities.
