Overview

This program provides funding to NSW startups to help them turn world-class research into market-ready products, services and systems. Eligible uses include prototyping, product development, manufacturing, scaling, salaries, market research, regulatory approvals, commercialisation strategies, specialist equipment, and intellectual property protection.

Eligibility Requirements

Applicants must be for-profit NSW-headquartered entities not listed on public stock exchanges, with an active ABN, more than 65% of full-time equivalent employees in NSW as of 1 January 2026, revenue less than $2.5 million in 2024-25, and ownership or exclusive commercialisation rights to the IP in Australia and globally.
