Eligibility Requirements

Applicants must be a First Nations organisation or group with an ABN and be an eligible entity (incorporated in Australia, registered land council, not-for-profit association, incorporated trustee, or partnership). Project must be located in Australia and completed by 31 March 2028. Cannot apply if insolvent, non-compliant with gender equality requirements, or a government body.
