A one-off annual payment to low-income families to help cover school costs and essentials for children enrolled in ACT schools. The fund assists with expenses such as uniforms, excursions, sporting equipment, sporting activities, and music lessons.
Eligibility Requirements
Applicants must live in the ACT, have sole or shared parental responsibility for the child, be financially responsible for the child, and provide proof of low income (current means-tested Health Care Card or Centrelink card listing the child as dependent). The child must be enrolled full-time in an ACT school from preschool to year 12, or in approved equivalent education.
