Participants complete a nine-month program including 6 workshops, 8 mentoring sessions, and a structured capacity assessment to identify growth readiness and opportunities.

Eligibility Requirements

Businesses must hold an ABN, be GST-registered, be Australian-incorporated, have at least 3 consecutive years of trading, and demonstrate revenue/operating expenditure of $1.5-$100 million (metropolitan) or $750,000-$100 million (regional/remote) in the last 3 financial years.
