Overview

The Harmony Grants Program provides funding for initiatives that celebrate and share the Northern Territory's diverse cultures. It includes two schemes: Harmony Week Grants (up to $1,000 for annual Harmony Week celebrations) and Harmony Festivals Grants (supporting production of Darwin Waterfront Harmony Soiree and Alice Springs Big Day Out in Harmony festivals).

Eligibility Requirements

Organisations must operate in the NT and be either a not-for-profit and/or charitable incorporated community organisation, not-for-profit unincorporated community organisation with an auspice organisation, school, or local government council (local government council only for Harmony Week Grants).

Biz Secure Program

The Biz Secure Program provides financial assistance to help Territory businesses improve the safety and security of their facilities against break-ins and crime. The NT Government covers 75% of approved costs for eligible security upgrades, with a funding cap of $15,000 (GST exclusive) per location. Eligible works include access door repairs and replacements, lock works, security screens, window replacements, fencing, alarms, and outdoor security lighting.
