The Launch into Work program supports businesses in delivering pre-employment projects that prepare eligible individuals for entry-level roles. Projects include training, practical workplace activities, and mentoring to equip participants with the skills and confidence needed for employment.
Eligibility Requirements
Businesses must have entry-level job opportunities and be willing to co-design a pre-employment project with the department. Projects must include tailored training, practical workplace activities, mentoring, and lead to employment for suitable participants. Participants must be aged 18+ and enrolled in Workforce Australia Services or Transition to Work.
