Eligibility Requirements

Applicants must live in NSW, hold an eligible concession card (Pensioner Concession Card, Health Care Card, Low Income Health Care Card, or DVA Veteran Gold Card), be the account holder of an NSW home electricity account, and have a medical assessment from a registered medical practitioner confirming inability to self-regulate body temperature and meeting Primary and Secondary Qualifying Conditions.
