Overview

This grant provides eligible organisations with up to $200,000 to support small-scale community projects and local activities that support the recovery and protection of the listed koala (combined populations of Queensland, New South Wales and the Australian Capital Territory). The program aims to support community-led conservation and recovery efforts to improve the trajectory of the listed koala and improve the extent, quality and connectivity of the koala's habitat.

Eligibility Requirements

Companies, not-for-profits and other organisations that support koala conservation and meet the eligibility criteria are eligible. Projects must support the recovery and protection of the listed koala in Queensland, New South Wales and the Australian Capital Territory.
