Travel and Accommodation Contribution TAS

Overview

This contribution assists apprentices and trainees in Tasmania with the costs of travel and accommodation when required to attend training with their Registered Training Organisation (RTO), either within Tasmania or interstate. The allowances are designed to help offset these expenses, though may not cover full costs.

Eligibility Requirements

Applicants must have an active registered training contract under the Training and Workforce Development Act 2013, be a Tasmanian resident, be undertaking an entry level qualification for their occupational outcome, and be required to travel to attend training and/or assessment as scheduled in their training plan.
