Circular Infrastructure Grants
Overview
Grants available to South Australian businesses and local governments that recover, handle and process recyclable materials. Funding supports investment in equipment, technology and processes to increase circularity and recovery of materials while reducing waste sent to landfill. Projects must target recovery and recycling of fibre, plastics, glass or organics, or improve source separation and processing performance.
Eligibility Requirements
Applicants must be South Australian businesses or local governments that reuse, repair, refurbish, remanufacture, recover, handle or process recyclable materials. Projects must meet at least one eligibility criterion including targeting recovery of fibre/plastics/glass/organics, improving source separation and processing, demonstrating market viability of recycled materials, or demonstrating waste avoidance through reuse/repair/refurbishment. Projects must commence after the application closing date.
