Eligibility Requirements

Applicants must be South Australian councils or subsidiaries that manage waste and recycling services for residential and small business ratepayers. Applicants must contribute at least 50% of total project costs from sources other than SA or Australian governments (in-kind contributions do not count). Projects must be completed within 2 years of the grant being offered, with priority given to projects completing before 30 June 2027.
